INSURANCE PAYMENTS

If you have out of network benefits (PPO or POS) which means that you can choose your healthcare provider, we can process your claim, your insurance will refund your consultation.

You can also argue with your HMO Insurance regarding payment for the services as long as you go first to a gynecologic exam, and your physician can then issue a letter for you to send to your insurance in which it is stated the need for sex therapy.  We can send a form letter to that effect and we will email it to you so that you can give your doctor  for processing.

To verify reimbursement, call your insurance company and ask them if you have out of network benefits, you should get prior authorization for our services. Make sure to take care of it in advance  or you may find that they reject your claim later.

Because we are not receiving direct payment, payment is due at time of service. We accept all modes of payments, Cash, Check or Credit Cards.
